WHERE DO YOU SHIP?  

We presently ship to these 7 major Countries: These are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, United Arab Emirates and Grenada. We plan to ship to more Countries from the list below, in the coming months. Trinidad & Tobago residents will not be able to checkout from this website at the moment, until we get a direct shipping line to Trinidad & Tobago. We are working on it! However, Trinidad & Tobago residents can still order the products by emailing us directly at info@ghgwellnessshop.com and copy the email message to gilliangaspard@yahoo.com. Trinidad & Tobago residents will also have to pay a flat fee (customs entry fee) of $130 TT per package, to clear the package. This way, Trinidad & Tobago residents will be able to receive their orders in person right here in Trinidad & Tobago.

IS FREE SHIPPING OFFERED HERE? 

Yes, free shipping is available on our "Pro Stretching Belt." This offer is for a limited time only. The Pro Stretching Belt provides great durability for stretches and poses. There are 6 loops to fit your various exercise needs, suitable for yoga, ballet, pilates, workout, athletic teams, relaxing and flexibility training.

HOW LONG TILL I GET MY STUFF?   

It's coming, it's coming, it's coming! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – Your patience is appreciated. Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. For our regular products, shipping time is 10-15 days on average. For our branded products, the shipping time is 15-21 days. However, please allow 10 business days for your items to arrive (as we all know the Post can be slow at times). Please also make allowances for other disruptions to the postal system that you might hear about on the news - bush fires, floods, storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, COVID.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept payment mainly by PayPal. GHG WELLNESS SHOP does not store any customer credit card details. You can purchase on our website with your credit cards and via PayPal. You can choose this payment method at checkout. For customers that do not have Credit Cards or a PayPal account, you also have the option of making a payment via Western Union Money Transfer or by Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer to us in Trinidad & Tobago (Caribbean). For Wire Transfer/ Bank Transfer payment, please contact us directly at info@ghgwellnessshop.com for our banking details. Trinidad & Tobago residents also have the option of paying us by Direct Bank Deposit, and Wi-Pay. Trinidad & Tobago residents can email us directly at info@ghgwellnessshop.com if paying via these options.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

We currently only support the following currency (USD) for charging our customers. The currency is automatically set in $US dollars on our website. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in $US. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE? 

Unfortunately, due to popular demand, some items do sell out quickly online. If you see something online that you must have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, we will let you know if the item will become available again. Once we get a shipment of new stock and it becomes available for purchase, you will be sent an email informing you of the available new stock.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE A CHANGE TO AN ORDER?

No. Due to the complexity of managing multiple warehousing systems across our suppliers, we are unable to make any changes, size amendments or cancel an order in any instance once it has been placed. This also includes pre-order and back-order items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.

Sale items are not eligible for return. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn. There are no returns or exchanges for Bras and Swimwear products (for hygiene and other reasons). We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused and not washed as yet, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can first contact us from our email address at info@ghgwellnessshop.com. Also copy the email message to us at gilliangaspard@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note, that returns will need to be sent by registered mail, or use a special courier service like UPS, DHL or FEDEX. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To ask for a return, please contact us immediately at our email address of info@ghgwellnessshop.com. Returns from outside of the US, or overseas, are the responsibility of the buyer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return. Feel free to contact us for more details.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?               

We do our best to refund orders quickly and effectively. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ghgwellnessshop.com. Please note, sample orders are not eligible for a refund.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY? HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? 

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The exchanged item will be available to you at 50% off the original product price. We will then send you a form for you to sign, for an exchange of the product. In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return. There are no returns or exchanges for Bras and Swimwear products (for hygiene and other reasons). 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ORDER? 

We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your items. If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please contact us through our "CONTACT US" page and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your face.

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies also have different rates. We offer standard shipping rates depending on the shipping zone, or the Country the product is to be shipped to. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can change your shipping address in your account on our website. Please don't order a product from our website if you used your old shipping address, and while the product is in transit, you plan to move soon to a new address. Also, email us and send us a message as soon as you move to a new address, or recently changed your postal address in your account on our website. Let us know your new postal address (full address).

DO YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS?

We definitely do not ship to a P.O. Box address. A full postal address is needed for all product shipments. Please provide your Full Name, Full Street Address with Street Number, Apartment Number, Town, City, State, Zip Number, Country. A phone number (with international country code) and an email address are also needed for product shipment.

WHAT IS BUYER PROTECTION?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Please contact us immediately and email us a photo of the incorrect product that you received. Also in the email, attach a product receipt for the product.

DO YOU HAVE ANY GIFT VOUCHERS OR DISCOUNTS?   

We presently offer 10% discount on new arrivals like our new Unisex migraine cap. We also have 10% discount on some yoga products like our Portable Pilates Bar and our U Muscle Massage Roller. We even have 10% discount on accessories like our Knee Saver Motion Guard and our Waterproof Folding Travel Bags. The product's discounted price is rounded off to the nearest whole number (dollars and no additional cents). In this way, we also pass on additional savings to our customers. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Can I change my order? We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through our messaging app (chat box) on our Home Page. Or contact us via our Contact form on our "CONTACT US" page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE? WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. What if I'm not home? If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner (courier) will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order. DO YOU OFFER A REFERRAL PROGRAM? HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will soon create a referral program to thank our customers for referring their friends and family. To refer someone, you will first need to have an account on our online store. DO YOU HAVE PHYSICAL STORES?   

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name/business name.

We use a wide variety of high-quality fabrics for our products such as cotton and polyester, special yarns.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES?

We don't want to surprise customers with any unanticipated fee. Extra fees (taxes) may apply, and come from the customer's respective country (customs). We have no control over this. As for the taxes, standard taxes are already calculated for each product (this will be seen in Checkout). Our average shipping time is 10-15 days and an average processing time of 1-3 days. If your order is in transit for 20 days or more it is eligible for a full reshipment or refund. Any Country specific taxes, the customer will have to pay that. Country specific taxes have to do with customs in the customer's own respective country. These fees are subject to change at any time. HOW DOES THE E-GIFT CARD WORK?

You can use this digital gift card toward your next "GHG WELLNESS SHOP" purchase. GHG WELLNESS SHOP digital gift cards come in values of $20 US, $50 US and $100 US. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Can be used to purchase any items on GHG WELLNESS SHOP, but not "on sale" items. These gift cards are "Not transferable or redeemable for cash." WHERE IS THIS BUSINESS LOCATED?   

We are located in the exotic and sunny Caribbean Island of Trinidad (Republic of Trinidad & Tobago in the Southern Caribbean). We are surrounded by the majestic blue Caribbean Sea, where the local people even swim with the Manta Rays. Trinidad & Tobago has received "Blue Flag" international awards with its white sandy beaches (Las Cuevas, King's Bay, Mount Irvine Bay), for excellent water quality, environmental management, safety and services. Trinidad & Tobago is known for its very relaxing Wellness Retreats such as the "Asa Wright Nature Centre" in Arima and "Anise Resort and Spa" in Toco, Trinidad. Also, for the "Castara Retreats" and "Kariwak Village" in Tobago.
