Shipping policy

Please note that you can contact us any time for an update and we will be happy to guide you to the latest information available. However please note that we are not the shipping company and once we have dispatched your order, we have no means of expediting it. 

With an ever changing shipping environment, some countries have eliminated the option to accept packages. For this reason, our suppliers have stopped shipping items to the countries listed under LIST OF COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO. Shipping conditions are changing every day, and we're not sure when any changes are going to be made to the countries on this list, so please take note of the updates made to our policies on a regular basis, as this will be the most up-to-date information we have! 

Our Shipping Carrier/Fulfillment Service Provider, uses the following factors when determining how much to charge for shipping. They include the shipping origin, shipping destination, weight of the shipment, value of the shipment, dimensions of the shipment box, dimensional weight and requested speed of delivery. The exception here, is for Trinidad & Tobago.

We presently ship to these 20 major Countries: These are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Belgium, Japan, Austria, Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada, Bahamas, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Singapore, New Zealand, Sweden, Italy, Netherlands and Ireland. We plan to ship to more Countries from the list below, in the coming months. Trinidad & Tobago residents will be able to checkout from this website. Presently, Trinidad & Tobago carries a flat shipping rate of $24 US, regardless of the product value, product size or product weight. This can change at any time. Also, please note, that there are 3 products that can only be shipped to the US, and are for US Residents only. These products are the JuiceUp N Go Quick Portable Juicer and Smoothie Blender, Latte Lover's Coffee Design Topper Tool in 2 Pak and the Manicure & Pedicure Set (professional kit with 26 pieces for Nail Care). 

It is very important, to first check the Countries that we ship to, before ordering any of our products. If we do not ship to your Country, and you order any of our products, you will not be able to checkout on our website. Please note, it is also very important that customers include proper info when ordering, such as full postal address. Do not use abbreviations for your address. Customers must include full postal address, phone number and email address when ordering our products. Proper info is needed from customers to prevent delays in processing and shipping time. We offer different size and color options for our products. You will find a size guide (photo) on the product page, to help you choose the correct product size. * Special busy periods: during new range launches, re-stocks & sales please allow an additional 1-3 days on-top of the above (this also includes express items).

DISPATCH & SHIPPING INFORMATION

• We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will get your order out to you as soon as possible.

• Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow the progress of your delivery.

• Don’t be alarmed if it takes a little longer, especially if your delivery address is remote or rural, sometimes the postman or courier is super busy, especially around public holidays and the festive season.

* Special busy periods: during new product launches, re-stocks & sales, please allow an additional 1-3 days on-top of the above (this also includes express items).

* Public Holidays: Public Holidays are not included as delivery days.

* Next working day Delivery: does not include Saturday or Sunday as a delivery day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All prices are in American dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to, or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations, before placing an order for shipping to their destination (Country). International shipping can take up to 23 business days to arrive, depending on if the area is very remote.

DELIVERY PROCESS

We only ship orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and do not operate on public holidays. In the event of a product being out of stock when you order, we will contact you directly.

We will email you to confirm your order and again when we ship it. Rural areas may require additional delivery time. Please allow up to 10 days for your items to arrive after you receive the shipping confirmation, Longer for International orders.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal service/courier service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services and are not held responsible for any delays, or return to senders caused by these services.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

PRE-ORDERS/BACK-ORDERS

If you made a pre-order/back-order item (as outlined in the item name and/or in the item description), any other items in your order may also not be shipped out until the pre-order delivery date. This also includes if Express Postage was selected. Please note that pre-orders are non-cancellable once they have been processed and stock allocated.

*Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by special shipping companies, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays, nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).

TAXES & DUTIES

As for the taxes, standard taxes are already calculated for each product (this will be seen in Checkout). Our average shipping time is 10-15 days and an average processing time of 1-3 days. If your order is in transit for 20 days or more it is eligible for a full reshipment or refund. Any Country specific taxes, the customer will have to pay that. Country specific taxes have to do with customs in the customer's own respective country. These fees are subject to change at any time. This business does not have control over these fees for our customers.
